show a deduction from your pay for health insurance? Your premium is usually paid ahead, so you might have been covered through the end of December. When did MM say your health insurance expired, at the end of November or at the end of December. Were you able to use it in the month of December? If yes, then you were covered for all of 2016. You could check the IRS website about how this is handled. As far as how to contact MM about this, I'm sorry I don't know.
