The patient had a large amount of necrotic skin, subcutaneous tissue, and superficial fascia on the dorsum of her right foot that was necrotic. This was scheduled to be debrided with sharp scalpel debridement and s/l arabella ultrasonic sterilization of the surface of the wound.
