patient returns in preparation for right thoracotomy and lobectomy. If labs are normal, proceed with s/l clavectomy and ruvectomy.
Clavicectomy and ribectomy maybe ?? sm - Lilly
[ In Reply To ..]I've never actually heard those terms dictated but it sounds like it would be the removal of a clavicle and a rib. Just a guess on my part... :)
