[ In Reply To ..]Sty and stye are interchangeable. Webster's Dictionary and Mayo Clinic show sty; WebMD shows stye. I prefer sty.

Has anyone actually read all 500+ pages? Our group was told we were doing headings the wrong way for an account which is new to our group, but that was not listed in the CP. When questioned, we were directed to the BOS2. Fortunately, we were given the path to find that section. Although some of what was demanded was in the BOS2, other demands were not. Very frustrating.
