s/ll canial electric shocks - mt3

The patient has posterior tibial tendinitis.
The pain is 9 out 0f 10 at its worst. s/l canial electric shocks. It is worse with weightbearing..... any ideas? tia.

Doc keeps saying "piezo-electric" pedal papules, but I can only find piezogenic pedal papules. I tried to listen for that, but it clearly sounds like "electric". Any thoughts? Thanks in advance! ...
