s/l strained urethropexy or strain urethropexy - starstruck

Posted: Jul 21, 2010

I am struggling with a preop H&P for a patient undergoing a TAH-BSO and some kind of urethropexy. It sounds like "strain" or "strained" but could be "stain" or "stained" or maybe even some kind of proper noun urethropexy that I don't know exists. Does anyone know what this might be?  The exact sentence is: "Her history presents sufficient evidence to proceed with with a s/l strain urethropexy to assist with what appears to be an issue with stress incontinence particularly when in the standing position."

Thanks, and my fingers are sweating.
