[ In Reply To ..]Just an FYI....when googled as follows the answer is very easily found. Use your quotes "metaphyseal * junction". The quotes will return only the phrase you encapsulate with the quotes and * is a wild card if using google's sounds-like features isn't panning out. Using this alone I have not opened a book in years and have an accuracy score of 98.8%.....Google is an awesome medical search engine.
