Could it be a suppurative bursa? This refers to a bursa with pus.

and it still sounds like my s/l of insporative. The previous poster also said what you said...very frustrating when they just don't speak correctly. :-) thanks for your help though.

There isn't much in context other than, "It seems to be concentrated in the s/l Voshell bursal region. She is tender over that bursa significantly."
