The patient had cardiac catheterization done on 4/1/10, with <__________> stents.
It mostly sounds like "indur" stents...

I could be way off with this but hopefully give an idea...there is an "endoluminal" (maybe they're shortening to endo) stent...its used to maintain an open lumen hope this helps

We (my helpful co-worker & I) wondered about that or "endovascular" but it sure didn't sound like that.
We also considered "Endeavor stent" but it didn't sound like that, either.

....doc will just scratch it out and write it his way. If audited, QA likely would not edit it since it sounds so close and fits the context.
On some heart stent names, when I look at the manufacturer's site, they have the name all capitalized, like PROMUS and TAXUS stents.
Do you type these in all capital letters like the manufactuer has it, or just with the first letter capitalized (Promus and Taxus) ...
