Prior history of syncope attributed to orthostatic hypo-a-tropio tension.

is either butchering the word hypotension or is trying to combine atrophy with hypotension. Multisystem atrophy can occur with orthostatic hypotension.

Ophthalmology Consultation:
When initially examined by the emergency department staff, his intraocular pressure in the right eye was 70 by s/l Shee-Otts.
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION: Visual acuity right eye was light perception. s/l Shee-Otts tension was 40 (after the mannitol had run in and the Diamox was given). There was 2+ bulbar injection.
