I took that same test a few weeks ago. I couldn't understand what word she was saying either. I left a blank.

I think maybe in a real-world situation, saying "His GCS is 15" would be adequate, unless the s/l "remained" (or whatever) is some highly-specific measure of consciousness that is crucial to the GCS score and therefore crucial to the report. So I may put 3 underscores too, cause I'm spending WAY too much time on this w tiny likelihood of getting it!
"GCS is 15" is on MTO test - sefrost53

The phrase in question is on a MTO test, but if it were a customer I think I would revise it to "His GCS is 15" and leave it at that.
I'd like to know how pinkie did on this test! Do they take points off per word or per blank?

I know what company it is for, and there is no revising allowed. Leaving a blank is only 0.25 points off, I believe. But remember you have to get 96 or higher to pass.
Uh..No - sm

Revised GCS as in the patient was reassessed and given a revised score
