well, let's see what each means - ICManiac
[ In Reply To ..]recto = pertaining to the rectum.
vesicular = composed of or relating to small, saclike bodies.
vestibular = pertaining to the balance system located in the ears.
Now that we know the vestibular system is in the ear (above the level of the rectum), we can probably rule out rectovestibular fistula.

[ In Reply To ..]Maybe you should look up the meaning of the entire phrase, rather than its components. You should know by now that all kinds of medical words are more than simply anatomic - such as sinus, ventricle, sulcus, coronary - all of which refer to structures, and none of which are "owned" by a particular body part (case in point: vestibular is about more than the ear).
A rectovestibular fistula is a fistula between the rectum and vestibule of the vagina. A rectovesical fistula is a communication between the rectum and the bladder.
