unless the dictator told you to put that in quotations - I would not
[ In Reply To ..]Pins and needles is a commonly used term used by physicians and by itself does not require quotation marks. However, if it is a direct quote by the patient as explained to you by the person dictating, then quotation marks would be appropriate.
