Has anyone ever heard of the word parasyncopal? I cannot find it to verify. The senence is:

He reports that he has not experienced an irregular heart rate or any parasyncopal sensation.

Anyone ever hear of "parasyncopal" episodes? He's an ESL and keeps saying "no syncopal or parasyncopal episodes". I'm thinking he means presyncopal episodes but I wanted opinions. Help? Thanks! ...
