Doctor is listing procedures that were done in hospital stay. An echocardiogram, renal ultrasound, and overnight s/l profrux were done.

Who else gets annoyed when you get an overnight e-mail from a team lead or manager stating there is a high backlog on your primary, say maybe 300 reports, and within 2 hours it's down to wiped out?
