neurological exam help - klrc1969

Posted: Nov 09, 2011

Doctor dicates: "The patient does have right lateral neck tenderness. No midline cervical spinal tenderness. Neurological exam: (s/l Woodburn). Nonfocal. Moves all 4 extremities."

The patient is being seen for headaches and neck pain.

It sounds like the doc is doing some test called 'Woodburn's" or something like that. I have searched without any luck.

Any help would be appreciated!

There is a Wyburn-Mason syndrome, which are venous malformations in various parts of the body, generally the retina of the eye, but can show up elsewhere, such as the facial skin.

Can Anyone Take The RMT Exam?
Mar 23, 2010

...or are there pre-reqs?  I've looked at the main ahdi website, I just wasn't sure if when they say that you have to "apply" if that means they will look at your experience and either accept or deny you or whether applying is simply a formality so they know you want to take the test. Also, if you've already taken the test, what were some of the toughest sections (for you personally)?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated. ...
