"neres" complications - csma87

Posted: Dec 12, 2013

Transcription is about a circumcision on a child for phimosis, and earlier in the dictation is says there was no evidence of complications. A paragraph later is says

Patient tolerated procedure well (s/l) *neres* complications, left operating room in satisfactory conditions.

help!

Looks like doc is slurring his words... - Ellie

I would assume he is saying "no evidence" and that is probably what I would put in that case. But when in doubt blank it. If doc doesn't care enough to enunciate, why should you waste your time trying to figure it out?
