She says muscle relaxers help with the pain as does methadone and (s/l salasoyt or solusoyt)???
The patient is being checked again for lupus and fibromyalgia. Later in the report in the medication list the dr refers t this med again with a dose of 1000 mg prn
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
