The patient has end-stage renal disease and takes a bunch of meds, but I can't verify if it is *theremin*, *feromin*, or something els. She has no other medical issues that the doc dictated. It sounds like fair-uh-mean (I can't determine if it is "f" or "th" that is starts with)
