Could it be

CC and MLO views

Typical views for screening mammograms include the cranio-caudal view (CC) and the mediolateral oblique view (MLO).  Typical views for diagnostic mammograms include CC, MLO, and supplemental views tailored to the specific problem.  These can include views from each side (lateromedial, LM: from the side towards the center of the chest and mediolateral view, ML: from the center of the chest out), exaggerated cranial-caudal, magnification views, spot compression, and others.

I have this one doctor who will state his findings at whatever thirty. For example: "The mass is located at 3:30."  I asked him about this and he said "it is the hands on the clock."  He is the type that says he is right and we are wrong so I just told him okay.  But has anyone else ever had this?  All of the other rads state it on the hour, like 3, 6, 9, 12, etc.  Is he ahead of the curve or talking out of his butt?  Thanks. ...

Does anyone use this software?   The docs I work for are switching to this platform but are not giving me any information.  Is it Word-based?  (Really want to know if PC Shorthand works with it.)  Do the voice files open with the orders ? ... Instantly?   Can you speed up the dictations?  Does it count lines or reports?   Just about any information you have would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks! ...
