Long day - "it's location" or "its location"?

its location - ever heard of Google?

It's is a contraction for it is or it has. Its is possessive.

What helps me is to remember the apostrophe means a letter is missing, so - MTRockyRoad

it's would be it is, which would not make any sense.

I know what you mean, though, when I'm mentally exhausted, I can't remember simple things, or they look suddenly weird to me.
