help with a drug name please - catluver

doc is dictating on patient with adrenal mass, but patient is also has rash, and other issues... doc has a heavy accident, but think he is saying tri amino septo T... OP ointment for rash (he is pronouncing the "tri" as tree, so he may be say three, like three tablets so I even tried just amino...) he is really not sure as he is stubling, soooo your help is appreciated.
can you just give the sentence please with a - sounds like XXXX

I have looked for this drug all over the place online and I can't find anything that even comes close to it. This patient was admitted to the ICU for hyperkalemia and was put on an insulin-glucose infusion as well as Lasix to bring his potassium down. Then the doctor adds that he was also placed on s/l "kxlyte" to further help control it. He says that word twice and it sounds the same both times. Does anyone have any ideas? ...
