is it 'frank' ecchymosis, or 'Frank' ecchymosis? cap or not to cap...
'frank' is not capitalized - sm

Also frequently used to describe blood - frank blood.
It is just a word, not a name.

an endo doc dictating physical exam and mentions what sounds like either "a chemosis" or "ecchymosis"? I've looked both up and am having serious brain fog...which would make sense in the context of a patient seeing endo? ...
