this patient has a need for a surgical procedure and it is recomended that she have "antithrombotic S/L pumps" during the procedure. does that make sense?

cannot remember the exact name but it is a pneumatic compression stocking they put on the legs when doing surgery to prevent blood clots. they could be called compression pumps though.

Thanks! - MommyMT
