Vasculitis - NewMT

I'm having trouble figuring out one of these symptoms...the patient has no symptoms of vasculitis, and the dr. is going down the list...

"She denies epistaxis, s/l 'elumpysis', rash, changes in urination, breathing, pleuritic chest pain, fevers, chills, weight loss, paresthesias, headaches, jaw pain, scalp tenderness."

I cannot figure out what that unknown word should be.

Could it be lupus rash.

It was hemoptysis...but listening for lupus rash is what made me hear it finally. Thanks! - NewMT
