Could somebody tell me what TAL contracture is?

[ In Reply To ..]Thanks for answering me. I was stumped because TAL is a procedure, but an anatomical part. It turns out that TAL stood for transverse acetabular ligament.

The ring finger has a small Dupuytren’s contracture. I carefully dissected the skin away from that and removed the Dupuytren’s contracture s/l "as-----tal" procedure in order to visualize the flexor tendon of the long finger. Sorry, I hear as in the beginning and "tal" or just "al" at the end. Not even sure if as goes with the word or not. Thanks! ...
