I put the correct info in, the client facility number, etc, and it will begin to load, and then slowly, I will get 1 green bar, 2 green bars (over the course of several minutes, now 5 to be exact) and it will just lock up there....I have NO time to wait for it to load....

Sounds like doctor is saying Monocef, but that is an antibiotic. The only thing related to suture material is Monosof.
