Surgical distractor for maxillofacial reconstruction - george

Right now doing a monobloc osteotomy on a pt with Apert's syndrome. The doc refers to KLS-Martin (kalmodo) distractors. The word in parentheses is used several times in the report. If anyone knows what that word might be, I'm in the middle of the report right now but will be sending soon. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Even on the product website. No mention of anything even similar. Thanks for trying! I submitted the report with the 2 blanks (we're allowed 3 for direct submission).

The name of the procedure sounds like either "dine-ee" or Gine-ee." (I can't tell if it starts with a 'D' or a 'G' with the way he's pronouncing it. He dictates the patient had a hysterectomy, BSO, adhesions that required correction, removal of her gallbladder, and what sounds like a "dine-ee" (or "gine-ee") procedure.
