S/l "guany sputum" - ckelc

Hi everyone!  In all of my 13 years of transcription, have never heard this one!  Pt. with sinus congestion with cough and s/l "guany" sputum.  I've searched everywhere but can't document this one.  Does anyone know if this is correct??

Suggestions: brownish, greenish, frothy, bubbly...brown-green.
