Romberg or rhomboid - lg

I'm doing plastic surgery reports and the dr keeps saying romberg flap. I can't find anything about that except rhomboid. Is there such a thing as romberg flap? Thank you in advance for your help!

Romberg is a neurological test, therefore cannot be - a flap. NM
