The patient is undergoing TURBT. Doctor says "a 28.5 (s/l outer) resectoscope sheath was passed into the bladder...
I know I've heard this before, but my mind is blank. Thanks for any tips!

Outer is correct as in outer sheath through which..sm - oldtimer
