In a physical exam it sounds like the doctor is saying psoas knob trader. I have no idea. Any clue????

[ In Reply To ..]Could be psoas, obturator (as in psoas sign and obturator sign), but without more context given, such as the whole sentence and where in the physical it falls, it's just a guess. You need to give more info than what you stated.
