This doctor is discussing the patient's recent diagnosis of gout and that her uric acid is high. "She is on allopurinol, and she is taking Colchicine 0.6 mg daily for flares. She is not (s/l pristol) proven. She has morning stiffness that lasts for several hours." She also has rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, hypertension, and diabetes.

I worked 4.5 hours yesterday and did over 1400 lines! Typed 95 reports. If I apply myself I can make good money. I just need to stop doing other things when I should be working....I should be doing between 1500 and 2000 lines a day the way I look at it. Far above the 1200 a day minimum. Hmmm, well guess I better get to work (LOL)....Lord help me! ...
