I am sure you are already done with this but there is a sural nerve. Femoral pulses also.
Pulses are palpated along vessels, not nerves....see message - elaine

Posterior tibial is almost certainly correct. It is a commonly examined pulse, particularly by podiatrists who are assessing blood flow in the distal lower extremities.

We tried to reapproximate the tendon as best as possible. We did do a *------* type reapproximation of the tendon. We did get the tendon reapproximated. At this time, we elected to use a TissueMend graft.

The s/l is "one rob distractor" or "Juan Rob" but I don't hear "rod."
