Again with the PermCath question.  My accounts use Perma-A-Cath most of the time, very clearly dictated.  We were told to change it to PermCath since there was no such thing as a Perma-A-Cath.  However, when I change it some QCs are now marking it wrong again.  Apparently they want us to use Perm-A-Cath?  Please help.  PermCath is a brand name, correct?  Some people and reference materials say there is no such thing as Perm-A-Cath or Permacath or PermaCath.

We cannot right every wrong.

Perhaps the client itself is demanding this.

Take it to your manager and the QA manager. If they tell you to use Perm-A-Cath, then do so. If they tell you to use PermCath, then do so. Then, every single time QA changes it to the opposite of what your Mgr/QAMgr told you, forward that report and QA's name/ID to them and copy HR.

Weird - I typed Perm-A-Cath both in the title and body of the report; however, the spell check only caught the one in the body, and insisted I change it to PermCath..... Maybe my spell check won't catch caps.... Anyone?  PS - I'm going to change it in the title just to cover myself....thanks!  ...
