This is a VA compensation and pension examination. One header sounds like "SLEFT Exam", with the full sentence: SLEFT EXAM: PU exam. I don't know "sleft" or "pu" at all. The dictator stumbles on the first letter of "PU" so it might be "DU" or "UU" or even "EU. Any thoughts? ...
