I THINK I'm hearing "cronus" pectus excavatum but I can't verify this anywhere! Please help!!

On a search of "pectus excavatum" and "conus," an academic report contained the following:

"In the present report, we document the existence of a diastolic murmur in the presence of the combination of
PECTUS EXCAVATUM and a retrocardiac esophageal neoplasm, probably by compression and distortion of the
PULMONARY CONUS."

Don't know if this is helpful.
