I am doing a dictation for the release of coracoacromial ligamement, right shoulder.

The sheath was then opened to make sure that the tendon was intact, which it was. It did however show some hyperemia where it was impinging. An (aleavement) [Sounds like this word in red] was then released and a section of it was removed using blunt and sharp dissection with Metzenbaum scissors.
ANY IDEAS?
