When a doc says "20/40 minus"....should it be written as 20/40 minus, 20/40 - , or does he mean 20/40 -1 (he also says 20/? -2, etc., but sometimes just says 20/40 minus)

20/40- (not minus), or 20/40-1, 20/40-2, whatever - is dictated.. that is what I have done for years.n
