The patient has colon adenocardinoma. The doc is saying: Repeat imaging performed on January 14, 2010 revealed s/l integral or interval response within the liver. TIA!!! ...
I believe he is talking about a chemotherapy drug. Heavy ESL and I can't find any chemotherapy drugs that start with an R that sound like this so I may be mistaken on the first letter but it sounds like, "3 sessions of ralecion therapy" ...

The word sounds like theficants. The sentence is - We discussed the importance of a Port-A-Cath if she were to proceed with chemotherapy since the regimen contains multiple ____.
S/l theficant, thuficant, deficants. Found toxicants, but doesn't sound like that.

patient it at high risk of breast cancer recurrence and they recomend utilizing combination chem utilizing s/l dose-stensator, Adriamycin, Cytoxan. Does anyone know what this might be? ...
patient is going to be treated with "carbotaxol" plus radiation? Does that sound like a drug or is it possibly 2 separate drugs? I know that Taxol is a medication.

= Rituximab

= Cyclophosphamide
H
= Doxorubicin Hydrochloride (Hydroxydaunomycin)
O
= Vincristine Sulfate (Oncovin)
P
= Prednisone
Not in a format like that, but I didn't want to type them all out. We would have to type those five drugs out. Is this the standard for anyone else? ...
