Question LVA, can't get LVH...and how to type?

what is the full sentence? sm - elaine

LVE = left ventricular enlargement
LVH = left ventricular hypertrophy

Either of the above can be appreciated on ECG, but "to an LV ejection fraction" makes no sense.
