Need help "myos and trops" - hanging in there

Doctor says what sounds like "mys and trops" or myos and trops, tests for patient in heart failure. I think trops is probably troponins, but can't figure out what the other one is.

I would think it's MIs & trops myocardial infarction and troponins..........

MIs are not tests - myos and trops
