I have a doc dictating report for a patient with Alzheimer dementia. On of her meds sounds like "ah-sto-lav-o-mere." With his accent taken into consideration, other possibilities follow. I have searched my references and all of my usual online sources, even fuzzy searches. I am coming up with nada.
hast-o-lav-o-mere
hast/ast-o-lad-o-mere
hast/ast-o-lab-o-mere
The "m" could also be "v."
