She has been in treatment that includes medication related to her hypertension as well as depression, insomnia, DVT, as well as diabetes type 2, dysphagia, and expressive aphasia with functional impairment primarily as a result of impairment to the left MCA. She currently is being monitored by Dr. Jacob who prescribed s/l *zila* 100 mg a.m.; Ambien 5 mg h.s. for sleep; ibuprofen 400 mg every four hours; and oxycodone/IR 5 mg one or two tablets every four hours for pain. She is also on a sliding scale for her insulin.
The doctor is a mumbler but it sounds like *zila* and 100 mg a.m. but could be 1 mg a.m.
Thanks!
