Hi, all.  I can't find anything on this - please help! 

It's on an MRCP and the technique is given as, "

Axial and coronal two-dimensional fast imaging employing steady-state acquisition (FIESTA), coronal T2-weighted single-shot fast spin echo (SSFSE), axial FIRM. Three-dimensional MRCP with thick slab reconstruction." 

FIRMS - Hi There! (Moi aussi.)

The doctor dicates:  "Left thigh reveals moderate firm swelling."  Should there be hyphen, comma, or nothing between moderate and firm?  I've looked high and low for the answer.  Thanks! ...
