Thi si is on the eye exam and the doctor states " no obvious limbic blush or it could be flush - what does this mean and which is the most likely word he is using? ...

In the Past Medical History section, this doc says "History of congenital (s/l) forekidneys" ...... or "4 kidneys." It's pretty clear what he says, but I can't document this anywhere. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!! ...

This patient has congenital cholestatic syndrome, and in the assessment the doc says: "Congenital cholestatic jaundice likely secondary to s/l "coregulorelajor syndrome." Yeah, it's that bad. I have no idea what the syndrome is. Anyone with some GI knowledge who's heard what this might be? I know it's a long shot, but thanks in advance. ...
