Help! This is a laporoscopy cholecystectomy report. It sounds like he is saying " the superpac, subpac spaces were irrigated copiously." Does anyone have any ideas?

Context: The peritoneal cavity was entered under direct vision. A s/l *sound* port was placed in this site, and the abdomen was insufflated with CO2.
I can't find verification of this. Help? ...
