NO. AXIS II diagnoses are used only for Mental Retardation of varying degrees and Personality Disorders. Usually deferred is mentioned when there is no diagnosis yet on either of those two disorder groups and most always in children because they can't be diagnosed with Personality disorders until they reach the age of 18.

"History of Present Illness", "Review of Past Medical Records", "Developmental Background", and "Diagnosis".
