Gastritis - Marie

He says: I think you can definitely get some issues with gastritis if you have a very large tumor...the very large lesion butts up against the stomach and you have some gastritis issues...we are pretty aggressive about this. If there are any issues about that we will double up on the Protonix, we will give some s/l "carapy", we will go on a bland diet for about 10 days.

I know its a little long, but i though context may help. Any suggestions with the s/l "carapay" (phonetic) - could be "karapate"
