Fiberoptic laryngoscopy reveals hyperplasia and hypertrophy of the base of tongue lymphoid tissue. The lactalare was noted to be normal. The upper brass noted to be normal. DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURE: _____ (Casting?) of the chest was done with _____ (Vegas?) protocol. Planning of the bronchoscopy was done with computerized software.
